We are specialists in retirement homes, and we understand your needs. The homes in our developments are sold on long leases or on a freehold basis to residents who have reached retirement age. Osprey is also able to offer flexible shorter term tenancies, typically Assured Shorthold Tenancies (AST’s), in Golders Green, where tenants can choose to rent on an all-inclusive basis. The ease and convenience of one rental payment with nothing else to worry about has been popular with our tenants.
In addition to being responsible for the comprehensive high quality management service that keeps our developments well maintained and great places to live in, Osprey provides a sales service for residents and their families. Finchley Central Underground Station (Northern Line) is within walking distance with services to the City and the West End. Osprey started building retirement homes in 1985. There were no mobile phones and internet connections at that time and life has changed significantly since 1985. The needs of those who want the retirement home experience have changed as well.
Do you have friends and family coming to see you from overseas or outside London? Our sister company, K&C (Coleherne) Ltd. is introducing a “Walk in Walk Out” flexible residential apartment letting service.
My husband and I came to look at Challoner Court together in May 2007. We decided to move to a warden control. I have been so glad I came here as I have made so many new and good friends I could not imagine living anywhere else now.
Osprey court is a very pleasant, peaceful and safe environment to live in, with beautiful surroundings inside and out, lots pf facilities and great management, with the added advantage of being both close to central London and Hampstead Heath.
I moved to Osprey Court three years ago, as soon as I saw my flat, I knew this was where I wanted to live. I am very happy as my flat is perfect, with a small balcony, overlooking our amazing garden. It gives me all the independence, privacy and security I need. There is always someone to chat to in passing and our daily afternoon teas, monthly get together and management meetings, give us a chance to know each other. Our managers are excellent, always going above and beyond with their care. I look forward to many years at Osprey Court.
We moved to Challoner Court in June 2020 and from the beginning felt happy and safe we love living here. Our balcony overlooking the well kept gardens with lots of bird song our neighbours have been welcoming and friendly as we have moved from a different area it was nice to have people so kind. Stuart our Manager could not have been more helpful he always makes time for everyone.
It is a lovely place to live.
I have had fourteen years of happiness in Osprey. I’m on my own and feel safe and secure here. Apart from my delightful flat there is a large beautiful peaceful park like garden - you would hardly believe that you were so close to the hustle and bustle of London. Afternoon tea is served in the charming, comfortable communal lounge if you want to take part in the social side of living here.
